Services Included in the Once Over Lawn Care Package:

• A thorough walk over of the lawn/property and the removal of any trash (cans, bottles, paper goods, etc.) and debris (dead limbs, palms, pine combs, etc.) that is due to renter neglect or nature.
• The trimming of any overgrown or dead bushes, small trees (less than 15ft tall), limbs, shrubs, palms, etc. and the removal of this debris from the property.
• String trimming around any structure in the yard and fence area and edging of the driveway, side-walk area, and flower beds.
• Mowing of the lawn, bag all trimmings, and removal from the property.
• Final step is to use a blower and blow off all porches, side-walks, and driveway and free it from any leftover debris.
